North Vancouver rental properties are like beach clams, hard to find, but when you do, it’s worth all the digging. The North Shore has the largest number of people working from home in their own business in B.C. How happy would you be working everyday in your comfy pajamas, sipping you tassimo espresso while making as much money as you want or need? You are the master of your work schedule and your own boss. The beauty of working from your own home, is when you need to take a break, or clear your head, you can go for a quick 10 minute jog around the block and not feel guilty. North Vancouver Property Managers know what a stressful work day can be and they know how important it is to step away from it all, if only for 15 minutes. When you have the luxury of working in your own space, you could not wish for a better view then the mountains in North Vancouver. Talk about West coast natural beauty, it’s at your fingertips living there. From Capilano to Handsworth there simply is no match for the spectacular views and renting a home in North Vancouver is one of the best lifestyles you can ever hope for. You are also surrounded by nature and many popular tourist attractions. For example, check out the Capilano Suspension Bridge with your kids. The bridge is 450 feet across and 230 feet above the river with spectacular views of evergreens and forest. Take one of their nature tours and learn all about the rain forest; end your day with some mouth watering fudge from the gift shop and while you are there, don’t forget to pick up a family pass because believe me, the kids will want to come back over and over.

If your family likes to hike, you have to go to Grouse Mountain; it is the most visited attraction we have. Stunning panoramic views of the ocean, city and mountains are only part of the trip; take a ride on the Skyride to truly appreciate our West Coast wilderness. Feeling fit and up to a body challenge, try the Grouse Grind but be forewarned they do not call this “THE GRIND” for nothing. It has 2,830 steps with an elevation of 853 metres so you better be in shape to try it. Keep to the right on the on the trail and keep any music you bring with you to yourself. Respect the land and respect your fellow hikers as well. If it is your first time attempting the grind, give yourself between 60-90 minutes to complete it and bring water and lots of it.

So, if you are looking for a great place to live in that is community spirited and family friendly, check out North Vancouver!
