So how do you make your advertisement stand out from dozens of other similar rental condos trying to attract the same AAA renters? The secret is to put some quality time and effort into creating your ad. Many Northshore property management companies use professional photography and advertising templates so try to emulate their example. When constructing your advertisement keep in mind that you are now in sales! List all of the possible features of your home on a piece of paper and start to get creative. If you are self conscious about your writing style just use point form. To get an idea of how to create a pleasant mental image of the home you are describing go to the MLS listings and see how the realtors describe the North shore rental homes that are for sale.You want to be honest in your description to avoid angry viewers who spent an hour of their day expecting to see what they read but always try to enhance the positive aspects. If your home is a little dated but in a great area then describe the pleasant stroll a mere two blocks to the local coffee shop. If your home is new with tiny bedrooms, then describe it as a bedroom or den, or a perfect cozy bungalow for a professional couple.
Also ensure that you are taking nice, clear pictures that show all attributes of the home that can be considered features. Always try to include at least one picture of the front of the home, living room, the kitchen and main bathroom as these are the most important features to many people and may be the deciding factor whether they call you or not.
