West Vancouver home owners are always excited when the Harmony Arts Festival hits the North Shore as it brings something for the entire family. There are tons of activities for the kids and adults alike. The kids can participate in art classes get plenty of fresh ocean air at the same time. Food kiosks line the area for everybody’s food tastes. The beach side patio is always busy with thirsty patrons lounging under the umbrellas and enjoying the hot sunshine by the sea. West Vancouver renter’s look forward to the outdoor music festivals that happen all day and night throughout the ten day event on the two outdoor stages. The festival also have outdoor movies for the whole family. This year’s attractions included, Friday, August 1st, Gravity Saturday, August 2nd, Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Friday, August 8th, Becoming Redwood and my favourite this year was Saturday, August 9th, Despicable Me. The Harmony Arts Festival is the North Shore’s most anticipated summer event so if you missed it this year make it a point to put it n your calendar for next year and help celebrate the festival’s 24th season.
