- Specialties: I first visited Vancouver at the age of 16 for snowboard training, where I trained in Whistler alongside members of the Korean National Snowboard Team and its reserves. During that time, I built lasting connections while preparing for domestic competitions and World Cup events, marking the beginning of my special relationship with Vancouver. After taking a leave of absence during my fourth year at Korea University, I returned to Vancouver to pursue my dream of becoming a licensed real estate professional. I spent two years improving my English proficiency and completed the real estate licensing program at UBC, earning my trading license in August 2008. My mother had been working in the industry for many years, and I was fortunate to inherit her clients and continue serving them with the same dedication. Since then, I have managed approximately 150 residential rental properties annually, providing one-stop services that include both property management and real estate sales. Becoming an Associate Broker, a Realtor and a property manager has been a long-standing dream of mine since my university days. Driven by that passion, I went on to obtain additional credentials, including the Rental Property Management License, Strata Management License, and the Brokerage License, which enables me to establish and operate my own real estate company. After taking a seven-year personal break, I renewed my licenses in January 2022 and officially joined Orca Realty Inc. in 2023. As the only Korean-speaking agent at the company, I take pride in offering bilingual, personalized, and trustworthy service to both Korean and international clients. With integrity and commitment, I strive to deliver high-quality service to every client I serve.
