When Petr Vokoun founded Orca Realty nearly 13 years ago, he wasn’t just launching a property management company he was building something that reflected the spirit of British Columbia.
Over the past 13 years, that philosophy has shaped every aspect of how we operate. We have grown from a single agent into a team of 28 licensed professionals, spanning two offices our Burnaby head office and our West Vancouver location and serving landlords and tenants across Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and beyond. Our team reflects the multicultural fabric of British Columbia, with professionals fluent in English, Czech, Farsi, Mandarin, Punjabi, and more.
Today, Orca Realty is not simply a property management company.
